Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience
Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant for their Concord claims office. This position requires experience supporting a Workers' Compensation Claims department or operations.
- 1+ year of experience as a Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant
- Experience making 3-point contact and ability to complete new claim set ups, pay bills, schedule appointments for injured workers, and other administrative duties
- Knowledge of California State forms and benefit notices
- WCCA, WCCP, or other industry certifications
